First adopted in 2015 and revised in 2023, the Code defines the values and rules of conduct shared across the organisation, and what we expect from companies working with us.

The Code binds every person working for Polpharma regardless of position, seniority or type of contract, including civil-law contracts, temporary work and seconded personnel.

Everyone covered undergoes mandatory training at least once a year; the Code itself is reviewed at least every three years.

For ambiguous situations, the Code provides a practical self-check and the right to consult the supervisor, the HR Department or the Compliance Officer.
