Agnieszka Deeg-Tyburska has been linked with Polpharma for over 8 years.

She heads the Legal, Security and Patents departments. From 2019 until now, she has served as the Company’s proxy. A legal counsel by education, she specializes in M&A transactions of companies and products, in pharmaceutical law, and recently also in arbitration and mediation. She is a mediator certified by CEDR (London) and Vice Chair of the Legal Affairs Committee at Medicines for Europe.

Agnieszka has a wealth of legal and business experience in Poland, CEE and CIS countries. In 2021, she was named among Top 25 Women Lawyers in Business by “Forbes Women”.

Philip Fritzsche joined Polpharma Group in 2019 as Chief Procurement Officer. He brought to the company more than 20 years of experience in different companies within the pharmaceutical industry in various functions including assignments in Asia, Europe and the USA.

In addition to managing a modern and agile Sourcing and Procurement function across all group companies, he is also responsible for the cross-functional External Supply Organization within Polpharma to ensure effective management of our external partners.

Robert Knerr is a pharmacist by education (PhD in Pharmaceutical Technology) and holds an MBA in Pharma Management from the International School of Management in Dortmund.

He is a Qualified Person under EU GMP regulations. With over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he has held leadership roles in R&D, Industrial Operations, and Portfolio and Product Development at companies such as STADA and Haupt Pharma (currently Aenova).

Before joining Polpharma Group in 2021, he served as Executive Vice President Global Portfolio and Product Development at STADA.

Wojciech Rosa graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Management at the Koszalin University of Technology, studied Finance and Accounting at the University of Gdańsk, and obtained his MBA through the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development (GFKM) from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

He started his career in financial mathematics and capital investment strategies and in 2003 joined Polpharma Group as a financial controller for the Chemia Business Unit in Starogard Gdański.

In subsequent years, he has played a key role in the area of domestic and international industrial operations as the Operational Controlling Director. In 2017, he assumed the position of Corporate Finance Director and is responsible for the finances of Polpharma Group in Poland.

Dorota Chęć graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Postgraduate studies in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Poznań University of Economics and Executive MBA studies at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. She has been associated with Polpharma since the beginning of her career, which she started in the Marketing area as the Product Line Manager in the CNS Division. Later, she managed the logistics area in the Chemistry Business Unit in Starogard Gdański and supported the development of the Logistics area at Farmaprojects in Spain. In 2012, she became the Logistics Director at Polfa Warszawa, and since 2017 she has been responsible for Supply Chain Management in the Polpharma Group in Poland.

Associated with Polpharma since 1990, he began his career as a student at the company-run “Polfa” School and later as an employee in the Environmental Protection Division. Currently, he is the Head of Benefits in the HR Department. In 2013, he was elected the employee representative to the Management Board of Zakłady Farmaceutyczne Polpharma S.A.

He graduated from the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the University of Gdańsk and postgraduate studies in Psychology of Personnel Management at the University of Warsaw.

Thomas Nothegger is a chemist by education (PhD, University of Innsbruck) and a graduate of business administration (MBA, Management Center Innsbruck).

He has broad experience in Technical Operations, Product Development, Portfolio Management and Quality Management with a proven track record of acknowledged turnarounds.

He has successfully developed and executed customer-centric strategies together with commercial operations. He gained international experience in Europe, the US, Latin America, and Asia in multinational pharmaceutical companies.

Arkadiusz Olszak has over twenty years of experience in technology leadership within the pharmaceutical industry.

He combines deep technological expertise with a practical, business-focused approach to building and scaling solutions that deliver lasting impact. At Moderna, as Director of Digital, Data and AI, he developed global strategies that enabled AI-driven decision making and strengthened digital capabilities across the organization. He successfully navigated the challenges of rapid scaling in a highly regulated environment. Previously at Eli Lilly, he advanced from implementing IT solutions to leading global digital capabilities and transformation processes. In both companies, he gained extensive experience in driving transformational change and embedding innovation into everyday business operations.

His expertise includes system architecture, data integration, AI-driven innovation, cybersecurity, and GxP compliance — areas that are critical for advancing our technological ambitions.

Shlomo Gang is a senior pharmaceutical professional, mainly in the API sector, with strong leadership skills and 30 years’ experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies — Teva Pharmaceuticals (US, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Hungary, Israel) and Perrigo (Israel).

He has led commercial and manufacturing operations, business transformation, business development, portfolio as well as project management across multiple geographies, mainly Europe, US, Asia.

Successfully leading global teams to achieve business, operational and cultural goals, Shlomo holds a bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Chemistry and a master’s degree (MA) in Business Management, Ben Gurion University, Israel.

Sebastian is a senior commercial leader with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors. Throughout this time, Sebastian has consistently driven business units to exceed their objectives by aligning execution and organizational energy behind a unifying vision, robust commercial strategy, and transformative initiatives.

Before joining Polpharma, Sebastian gained extensive experience in sales, marketing, and commercial excellence at Danone Specialized Nutrition, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Unilever. This includes local, global, and functional roles, as well as leadership of diverse, cross-functional teams across Poland, Ukraine, the Netherlands and other countries. Sebastian has also co-led major organizational transformations, delivering modern, omni-channel-enabled commercial structures. Prior to joining Polpharma in May 2024, Sebastian served as Global Commercial Excellence & Systems Director at Danone Specialized Nutrition.

Sebastian is an alumnus of the Academy of Physical Education in Cracow (Master’s and PhD studies) and has completed executive business programs at IESE Business School in Barcelona and INSEAD in Fontainebleau.

Bernardo Reiner is an experienced business leader with a strong track record in building and scaling business units, opening new markets, and developing strategic partnerships. He currently serves as General Manager of Farmaprojects and Head of B2B for Polpharma Group, leading commercial operations, business development, and pipeline strategy with a focus on sustainable growth.

He holds a background in International Business from Spain and an MBA from IESE. His career spans the Healthcare industry and startup environments, with deep expertise in commercial strategy, business development, and the creation of new business units. Known for challenging the status quo, he brings fresh, pragmatic thinking to the organizations he leads.

Beyond results, Bernardo strongly believes that culture and people are decisive levers of business performance. His leadership style reflects this conviction: achievement-driven, forward-thinking, and deeply human. Janja Zbontar Skraba is an international business leader with more than 20 years of experience building brands and scaling businesses by shaping winning growth strategies and driving end-to-end market activation across consumer healthcare, FMCG, and premium consumer goods. She holds an MBA in International Business from MIB School of Management in Trieste, Italy, and a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Over the course of her career, she held several local, regional, and global leadership roles at Beiersdorf, where she contributed to the development and growth of the world’s leading skincare brand. In her latest role at Beiersdorf, as Regional Marketing Director for Eastern Europe, she accelerated business growth and led go-to-market transformation for the company’s second-largest business unit. She later assumed the role of Global Director of Marketing Strategy at Miele, defining global marketing strategy and shaping a signature customer experience for a multibillion-euro premium brand. Earlier in her career, she held marketing roles at Reckitt and Microsoft. She joined Polpharma Group in January 2023.

Adam Aleksiejuk, General Manager at Polpharma Santo, is a senior business leader with extensive experience in commercial strategy, general management, and healthcare solutions within multinational pharmaceutical and nutrition companies.

He holds an Executive MBA from the Białystok University of Technology Business School and has held executive senior leadership roles at Polpharma Group, Danone/Nutricia, Pfizer, and GlaxoSmithKline, leading multi-country operations and transformations across Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltics, CIS countries, and Asia.

His track record includes driving commercial leadership, strengthening healthcare portfolios, building strategic partnerships, and delivering results through strong strategic, operational, and people leadership.

Marcin Bruchmann is an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager with 25 years of experience across all market segments (Hospital, OTC, Rx).

He is a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Gdańsk and holds an Executive MBA degree obtained at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw.

For 20 years, he has held managerial roles at Polpharma within the Commercial Team, serving as Head of the Hospital Department, Sales and Distribution, and HCP. Since January 2026, he has been serving as General Manager in Poland, responsible for all commercial activities.

Christian Ludwig has been working at Polpharma Group since April 2021. Prior to joining Polpharma, he was a Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at STADA AG, leading the strategy, business intelligence and analytics functions. Prior to this, Christian worked for McKinsey & Company as a consultant in the Healthcare industry. For 9 years he has worked for leading European Generics companies and private equity firms seeking investments in the broader healthcare space.

Christian has a BSc (Honors) in Financial Economics from St Andrews University (UK) and an MBA from ESADE Business School (Barcelona, Spain).
