Oversight of sustainability is led by the Group’s leadership.

The Management Board approves and implements the ESG Strategy, manages material ESG risks, tracks progress against ESG goals and secures the resources for sustainability initiatives. The Supervisory Board oversees how sustainability is integrated into the company's operational and strategic decisions.

Sustainable Development Comittee

Supports the Management Board in overseeing the company’s sustainability agenda. Acting in an advisory capacity, it provides guidance on the ESG Strategy, monitors progress against its objectives, and oversees related impacts, risks and opportunities.

Reports directly to the CFO of the Polpharma Group. Coordinates day-to-day ESG activities across business areas, supports strategy execution and leads the Group’s ESG reporting process.
