Our commitment to sustainability spans more than a decade. Since then, we have continuously evolved our approach - increasing transparency, setting measurable goals, and integrating it into key business decisions. management approach
Oversight of sustainability is led by the Group’s leadership.
The Management Board approves and implements the ESG Strategy, manages material ESG risks, tracks progress against ESG goals and secures the resources for sustainability initiatives. The Supervisory Board oversees how sustainability is integrated into the company's operational and strategic decisions.

“We believe that strong financial performance and sustainable development go hand in hand. Sustainability is not a separate agenda - it is embedded in how we run our business, allocate capital, and create long-term value. “
