We kindly inform you that on March 1, 2024 the company Warszawskie Zakłady Farmaceutyczne Polfa Spółka Akcyjna with registered office in Warsaw, Karolkowa 22/24 street (“Polfa Warszawa”) merged with Zakłady Farmaceutyczne “POLPHARMA” Spółka Akcyjna with registered office in Starogard Gdański, Pelplińska 19 street (“Polpharma”).
The business combination fulfils one of the transformation objectives, which is to simplify management structures and processes in order to increase operational efficiency.
As a result of the business combination, Polpharma, effective from the business combination date, i.e. March 1, 2024, assumed all the rights and obligations of Polfa Warszawa.
Effective from the business combination date, Polpharma became a party to all the contracts without the need to amend them by way of amendments and is required to meet all the existing obligations of Polfa Warszawa. The address details of Polpharma remain unchanged.
